Transilvania Bank (Banca Transilvania – BT) has opened a new agency in Rome, after it opened two more agencies this year, in the Italy’s Capital, according to its strengthening plan in the area, BT announced on Tuesday.
“Transilvania Bank is strengthening its presence in Italy by opening Villanova Agency. BT has now three offices in Rome (…) Transilvania Bank, the only Romanian bank in Italy, supports the entrepreneurial thinking also abroad, wishing to be as close as possible to the Romanian community in Rome and in the surrounding areas”, according to a press release of the bank.
The BT Villanova Agency’s offer is dedicated to individuals and companies and it includes deposits, housing loan, BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, debit card, fast money transfer services between BT Italy and BT Romania, check cashing, SEPA payments and cashing.
The customers benefit from consultancy in Romanian and Italian language, free access to internet within the agency, as well as initiation in using the BT24 Internet Banking service.
The most popular services provided by BT Italy are money transfer to BT Romania and housing loan for acquisitions in Romania. Transilvania Bank started to expand in Italy since January 2014. It has 3,500 customers and a team consisting in Romanian and Italian employees.
